5 Ways to Stay Inlove

Image
Being in love is a magical thing, but it is always a choice to sustain the spark. Two different persons take the same path with a mutual decision to hold on to each others' promises - to stay together until their hair turns gray. Here are the five ways to stay in love accompanied by Bible verses. 1. Be patient.     Patience is everything in a relationship. Many situations give inconvenience, trouble, and frustration to the two of you that may be encountered along the way. These must be faced, and it takes a brave heart to surpass all the challenges without sacrificing your partner's emotions. You may lean on him/her during hard times but make sure that your partner does not become your stress absorber at all. Be patient while you are in the process and be sensitive to your partner.      If you are the other half who receives negative emotions from your partner due to his unexplained stress, you must be patient as well. Try to get into...

5 Tips for Coping with Monday Challenging Vibes

Image
Hectic Monday      I agree with you; every time you feel like you are still in a frustrating moment thinking that Monday is around the corner. However, our day should not be filled with mediocrity. Here are the five tips for coping with Monday challenging vibes, whether in a new normal setup or the usual workforce: 1. When you wake up, pray.      When we pray, we utter positive, thankful, and hopeful words so that the whole day will be literally happy despite the fully-loaded schedule.  2. Eat your breakfast.     After filling your soul, fill your stomach too. Please, do not skip. According to Gibney et al. (2018) in a journal article titled Breakfast in Human Nutrition: The International Breakfast Research Initiative, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Breakfast-based foods give an overall daily intake of nutrients. Also, breakfast intake affects our mental consciousness.  3. Fix yourself.         ...

5 Things To Do During Day Off

1. Pamper yourself     Take a warm bath. Do skincare. Do exercise. Eat good food. Talk with your friends. Write your journal. 2. Go Shopping     Go out and buy things you need, whether grocery, makeup, work equipment, book, perfume, new pair of shoes, or dress. You are working so hard to deserve buying things that will make you happy! 3. Clean your Room     It helps you to feel refreshed. A clean room brings an atmosphere that will make you feel productive and inspired. While cleaning, play BTS and Blackpink songs!  4. Cook for your Family     Try a new recipe! I'm pretty sure, you will nail it.  5. Watch a Kdrama Series         Kdrama never fails to make us happy. The Korean actors and actresses are too good at making people feel in love, broken, and thrilled.  Before going back to work, make sure that you have filled yourself with positivity, happiness, and inspiration. Enjoy the rest of your day off! Carp...

5 Things You Need to Make a Choice

Image
1. Drinks     Hot or cold?        It helps to brighten your day. At night, it gives you an extra happy feeling!  2. Battle     Know ahead of time the struggles you may encounter the next day. Then, choose what battle must be the most important and the least to prioritize. 3. People     Not everyone belongs to you and not all the time you belong to them. Life is filled with trials and triumphs. Choose people who never leave.  4. Ideas     Not everything you hear helps you. Choose what is useful for your growth. Ignore trashes.  5. Transition     Life really sucks. However, it depends on you if you want to continue doing things that make you feel bad. Think of an activity that will push you to your happiness. Life is not all about working and earning money.  Work for 8 hours            Treat yourself after.

5 Things I Learned Today

1. Just be yourself.     It is normal to be afraid. It is normal to doubt your abilities. It is normal to question your worth. However, just stay true to who you are. You will soon discover how far you can go by just being yourself. 2. You can do all things.         It does not happen in one night. But, yes, you can do all things in time. One step at a time. 3. You are intelligent.     How do we measure intelligence? For me, as long as you are working as hard as the carabaos do, then I know you are intelligent.  4. Self-care     After the hard work today, I ate lasagna.  5. You need good people.     Believing in yourself is a must. People believing in you is a blessing.

Striving for Excellence Amidst the Pandemic

b y: Lynneth Mariz M. Libued                Seasons may change, but not the love for learning. Tibag High School is one with DepEd that strongly believes education must continue amidst the pandemic.   As always, Tibag High. School gives its best to provide quality basic education services even at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the changes brought by the new normal, every day is a new opportunity for the Tibag High School teachers to give their service all for the love of their learners.              As a way to prepare and to cope up in the new normal, the teachers attend different webinars for upskilling and reskilling conducted by DepEd and non-DepEd organizations that can be incorporated into the teaching strategies in the adapted learning delivery modalities of Tibag High School in consonance with the Department of Education’s mandate regarding distance learning as the mod...

The Maker and the Shaker

Narrative of the life of Dr. Velvet C. Alva, A Filipino Teacher By: Lynneth Mariz M. Libued   What makes a teacher a leader?   Being a teacher is not only focusing on making lesson plans, preparing instructional materials, teaching the students in a four-wall classroom, assessing their abilities, checking their outputs, and giving them grades. It is more than those when you see the big picture of the roles of a teacher.    When I was starting to teach in the public school, I cannot forget how challenging those beginning years were yet how fulfilling it was up until today now that I am a headteacher. Remembering how the studentss experienced tough seasons due to memorizing a lot of information, enhancing their comprehension and analytical thinking through different exposure to pieces of literature, current issues, problem solving, and more, pressuring themselves to get high scores during the exam in all subjects, and giving their best for their ...
