    Not everything you hear helps you. Choose what is useful for your growth. Ignore trashes. 


5. Transition

    Life really sucks. However, it depends on you if you want to continue doing things that make you feel bad. Think of an activity that will push you to your happiness. Life is not all about working and earning money.
